1000 Miles Run 2026 – The 10th charity run by Technology without Borders
Jump to registrationOn June 28, 2026 our regional group Erlangen hosts the 10th 1000 Miles Run by Technology without Borders to fund development cooperation projects around the world.
For this we need your sporting support: Together, we want to run at least 1000 miles. Our local company sponsors will be watching from the sidelines and rewarding each of your hard-fought miles. However, the 1000 Miles Run is about more than just athletic performance. Everyone is welcome to join us for a few laps.
Here is an overview of the most important information:
- Participation is free of charge. However, a small voluntary entry fee of 5 – 10 € would help us to cover our expenses, meaning that all donations from our sponsors can go towards our projects. If you would like to contribute, you can transfer an amount of your choice to our bank account:

BIC: DAAEDEDDXXX Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG - The event takes place from 11 am to 8 pm at the Sportgelände Hartmannstraße sports facilities in Hartmannstraße 120. The run itself ends at 5pm but you can join in at any time throughout the day.
- An entertaining supporting program is also provided: During and after the run there will be barbecue (including vegetarian and vegan options), cold drinks and music.
